Meetings & Check-ins - Can be in-person or virtual and all packages include unlimited email access to your coordinator.
Timeline Creation - The “game plan” for your entire wedding day - ensuring everyone knows where to be and when. We start building your timeline 3 months out and as soon as your ceremony time is confirmed. Timeline will be established by last meeting.
Vendor Communication & Bookings - We coordinate with all contracted vendors - confirming arrival times, insurance coverage, meal counts, and booked services. We will attend vender meetings, assist with booking, and distribute all final vendor payments and gratuity envelopes.
Budget Template and Tracker - We provide a customized, easy-to-use budget breakdown, track vendor payments and due dates, and offer guidance to ensure your spending aligns with your priorities. With clear visibility and expert support, you can make informed decisions and avoid unexpected financial stress.
Rehearsal - We’ll walk everyone through the processional, seating, and ceremony cues - so it all goes smoothly on the big day
Coordination - We ensure your wedding party, family members, and VIP guests are in the right place at the right time - from getting ready to lining up for the ceremony and family photos. We communicate timelines, answer questions, and keep everyone organized so you don’t have to. (Day-of Coordination 10 hr. package will be based on timeline and client preference)
Coordinators - Your Lead Coordinator will be joined by a second coordinator ensuring every detail is covered from start to finish.
Full-Service Décor Package Discount - When you pair coordinating with decorating services, you get the full treatment for a stress-free day. Our coordinators are also professional decorators and aren’t limited by liability restrictions—so they can climb ladders, lift heavy décor, and do whatever it takes to bring your vision to life. *Discount will be applied on the Décor Agreement.
Optional Add-On Services
These services start at $75 and may vary based on your specific needs, and they must be paired with a coordination package and cannot be purchased on their own.
Invitation Assembly & Mailing
From addressing envelopes to sealing and sending, we’ll ensure your invitations are perfectly prepared and sent on schedule.
Post-Wedding Rental Returns
We’ll return tuxedos, décor, or other rental items on your behalf, saving you time after the celebration.
Favor Assembly & Packaging
From boxing sweets to tying ribbons, we’ll assemble your favors so they’re presentation ready.
DIY Project Assistance
Whether it’s assembling décor or crafting custom pieces, we’ll help bring your creative vision to life.

Additional Information
Major Holiday Weddings – Paid-in-full and other discounts do not apply on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day, or New Year’s Eve/Day. These dates incur a 20% holiday fee.
30-Day Booking Policy – We gladly accept bookings within 30 days of the wedding; however, paid-in-full discounts are not available, as the full balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Service Limitations – For safety and liability, Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks, bus tables, hang décor requiring a ladder, or move heavy items needing machinery.
Additional Coordinator – Required for all non-traditional venues. Hours and fees are determined by your Lead Coordinator and billed in 4-hour increments.
